Cancellation Policy
At Beautifully Loc'd, we value our clients and understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Deposits - Deposit Requirement: A small deposit is required at the time of booking any appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service. - Non-Refundable: Please note that this deposit is non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined in this policy. 2. Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling Encouraged: We encourage clients to reschedule their appointments if they are unable to attend, rather than cancel. Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty, and the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled service. - Rescheduling Window: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 3. Cancellation Policy - 48-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid forfeiting your deposit. - Deposit Forfeit: If an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows - No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Multiple no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time are considered late cancellations and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 5. Exceptions - We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis. 6.
