One question I often get is "How do I grow healthy long locs?" Honestly, it is a simple, yet obvious answer. Our hair is an extension of bodies and a direct reflection of our overall health.

Our bodies need proper nutrients to sustain and function. What I have learned is that we are not nutrient deficient, we are wholefood deficient. Ask yourself one very simple question - "Have I eaten enough whole fruits, vegetables, and berries to supply my body with the nutrients it needs?"

Sadly, in most of our cases the answer is a resounding no. And that is for a multitude of us. We have not been properly taught the importance of nutritional balance in our own homes. We suffer from an vast amount of medical issues that are directly reflected in our hair, skin, and nails; from from dry, brittle hair to acne.

Its time for us to start to take charge with our health and overall well-being. It is time for us to re-embrace and learn to #Liveyournatural.
